Basically kicked off. Crend Mobile, Cripple Wagon and Team Lanky + Doddy hit Belgium for a street park mish. going to keep things short and sweet. Mad booze was drunk, Olly, Greg and Paget nedered, street got shredded differently, ankles were tweaked, Neil Smith is boss, pretty much everyone repped footage, John Winter was rad and hooked us up with spots, Seymour and Fuller got nails, Olly chirpsed Stoke's finest, campsite was pissed off, tashes were repped hard, and hella footy was logged.

At the start of last month several of the oxford and newbury locals jetted off to Malmo Sweden. Those who had been before were super hyped and for good reason. The parks blew anyone who hadn't been before's mind.

We had the forethought to bring more than enough alcohol of a sensible percentage with us to avoid the %3.5 limit on alcohol sold in non government sanctioned shops. Leading to me suffering quite badly from sun/heatstroke due to drinking no where near enough fluids missing Doddy's escapades on the Karaoke mic spitting Notorius B.I.G's Juicy on camera.

On to the stuff i did catch on camera, when i say a camera i mean a flip mino HD - This boy cannot afford a VX so when Neddy is missing from a trip you get handycam footage and if your lucky sometimes its not shaky. It's a throw everything in there on my lunchbreak edit so you get in what you put out. Here Ya go.

Evenin' folks, been a very very long time since I've been arsed to write on here, which has probably stoked some people out because i'm usually just full of crap, but tonight something inspired me to contribute, maybe its the boredom of being bed bound on a wet sunday with a gin-over...

The only thing that has happened to me which comes under the 'skateboarding' and 'exciting' tags at the same time, was Leddy's American Wasteland tour. This was a 16 day mission originating in San Francisco and involved driving up to Portland and Hood River, before heading back down to SF for out flight home. Its a shame, Potter used to get up to Oxford a lot more in the past, but you know how shit goes. Either way, manz got transport again now so hopefully see him popping up a bit more frequently in the future.

Zac was on filming duties as well and I'm sure got more footage than I did, so I thought I'd edit my shit together real quick and then hope for a drunken Zac edit in the near future. Trust, they be boss. Looks as though Zac will be picking up a TRV950e soon, so hyped to see what he'll churn out with that. Gimme more of the raw.

So last night, i was watching that embarrassing ass Rob Dyrdek show, and.. actually.. why did i even mention that? imma keep it trilla, and go on record to say that shows asscheeks. no hate. just being reality.. the reason i can say this openly, is because Rob & I go back like some spinal cords.. which brings me to todays, and what happens to be my first post on the Kr3w site.. See, id spend alot of time between Dyrdeks & Kareem Campbells house. but there was this one trip i’d went down there, with who i still see as not only the best skateboarder. but possibly, the most gifted athlete in the world- Tom Penny.

I’d first met Tom at a contest in Northhampton. i remember being ready to puke before my run and dude walks up and goes, “dude.. how do you do a fakie hardflip..”. First i was like, “dayum!! whas wrong wif’ this n!kka teef’?!!?” Then, we got to shooting the breeze, and he passed his J off and wished me luck. Years later, when he touched down in the states, was when we really started chilling. Day in and out, you could find me, Muska, Angel,Ronnie Creager, and Tom skating or hanging out at either Ronnie, or Angels’ crib.

But there was this one trip, when i think(we smoked ALOT of weed, so excuse my exacts) Tom & I had taken a train down to SD to hang with Dyrdek and the boys. Both Tom and I had no clothes, bag of weed, and about $100 in our pockets. The plan was to go down, get some flicks, and head back in a day, or two. Tom, being the “genius” he was, “remembered” when we arrived- all he had was some Timb’s on. Perfect.
Never the one to miss out a session, Tom joined Elissa Steamer, Dyrdek, Kelly Bird, Tom Drake and my self at the now inf amous ledge Eissa so eloquently body-checked in her debut Toy Machine part.. Tom skates up(joint in hand, Timb’s on his feet..), and starts toying switch crooking that sketchy beast from the flat, and landing about 3 stairs in.. we all had the, “i KNOW this dude aint about to..” look. he keeps toying with it.. and looks at some random kid skating and goes, “hey.. can i borrow your shoes..” i forgot who was shooting, but ive NEVER in my life seen a camera man set-up so quickly.. nevertheless..
Tom puts dudes shoes on his feet, skates back. does a couple flatground tricks. brushes what he deemed a “haircut” out his face, and i swear on everything- this dude switch crooked that sketchy ass ledge, first try.. i, nor anyone with me, had EVER seen something like that in our life.. i dont even think the dude “tried”. he just did it.. rode up. someone elses shoes. sketchiest ledge on the planet, and just did it.. to see it in the Etnies ad, was one thing. but to BE THERE, and SEE it? cmon.. as i said.. this is one of the MANY of stories i could build on about the dude, but that day in itself will always stand out in my memory.. dude was the BEST. and there will never be another. i can proudly say i was a friend of the dudes and watched alot of things people speak about- actually, go down.. so Tom. this post is for you.. fukk a Dj Khaled. you “da Bast!” and Rob.. you gotta do something bout that show, dog.

Strange thing about them skate road trips I'm going on with Neddy lately, is that I'm always hangover. I don't know why really, I try to be good and pace myself, but no, it's always the same. It's got to be some kind of karma thing, you got drunk, you've been a bad boy, now you've got to spend the whole day with Neddy to pay for it. Damn, it's as feeling like shit is not bad enough already! On top of that you've have Neddy's annoying squeaky voice bouncing back and forth inside of your (rather empty) brain until you ears bleed. Fuck, I'd rather have my finger nails ripped out by jew-hating, homophobic, goal scoring Germans (4-1 really hurts...), while my eye balls are being push inside of my skull by chocolate bars wielding humpalumpas on a crack binge, than do that again.

But karma has strange ways, I'm not the only one to have suffered there. Neddy managed to unleash the full power of the angry almighty god of destruction, the brewstinator! And boy did he pay for it! He was shouted at like a little rent boy who didn't perform his swallowing duties!

Anyways, it was a very nice day, and we drove down to Portsmouth for a street skate and a swim. We went to the university spot, which is pretty sweet and chilled. Really cool grass bit under the shade for people recovering from alcohol abuse.

After couple hours we went to a school with three nice plastic benches. The only problem was to try to control Neddy and his raging hormones. He was skating back and forth between the benches trying to find young boys to fiddle with... or maybe he was just following people trying to get their lines down... Who knows, I will let you decide (little boys is it, I tell you!!!).

We finally ended up at the Portsmouth beach front, right next to the pier.

I'm proud to say that I was the only one to man up and have a dip in it.

After the compulsory icecream, burger and some disappointing stone skipping (yeap, Portsmouth's pebbles are crap), we headed back to Oxford with a little stop on top a hill to enjoy the view one last time.

And also to mess around some farmer's crops...

Oh, before I forget, it seems that people down south might like Neddy, at least it's what this sign suggests...

Boy must they must be a bunch of retarded inbred rednecks for that!

Anyways, I do pride myself on my positive thinking, so to finish on a good point, I say that this sign suggest that maybe, just maybe, Neddy's not such a lost case after all. There's got to be one farmgirl (or boy as my present post is strongly suggesting so far) that will make this little shrimp happy one day. You just have to keep on digging Neddy, go my boy, dig as deep as you possibly can with your creepy crooked hobbit's fingers!

Anyways, i have to lay off the Neddy for a bit. I hope you'll excuse my french during this last post. I'm sorry, just can't help being myself...

After a long and extremely drunken Saturday night out in Oxford with almost all my favourite people I know, I woke up on Saturday feeling surprisingly well rested and was called to arms with the only car with a boot almost big enough to fit the barbecue in to get it to the ramps jam.

So zac got the bad boy fired up and got to cooking broad some meaty treats.

Not long after broad pulled a back feeble 270 in out of the bag and netted himself a t-shirt what with them being prizes you can't always guarantee you'll get one big enough.

Its 1am, I'm battered at Alex's house, thought I'd do a blog post because Baguette and Alex have chipped to bed.

This weekend smashed, World Cup started, booze, chilling, and a rad Oxford street mish, nuff heads out - Watts, Jimmie, Trench, Neil, Sproul, Wyborn, little Jason, Alex etc. Got abit of footage, Watts smashed out a banger, as well as this gem.

Cant wait to move to Oxford, makes it easier to get home from the post skate beers....

Haven't posted in ages and have nothing interesting to say really.

First of all i would like to wish a speedy recovery to Liam, a rollerblader from Abingdon (sound old boy) who recently fractured his spine whilst dancing on wheels. All the best mate, here's a snap nicked from his facebook showing the damage.

Secondly get your arse down the ramps as soon as you can. The resurface was completed over a week ago now and we put a fresh layer of paint on them last night. The spine ramp is fucking beautiful and fast as fuck, join us for a late night thursday skate followed by beers and chilling at the pub after. The perfect start to the end of the week.

And lastly I've started noticing more and more random graf in east oxford which I'm stoked on. Not huge sprayed pieces, but little pen slogans which make me smile. Heres a couple I was stoked on.

Nothing else to report at this stage.

Im very slack at computoring, and even slacker at skating so here is a little fing I did recently with a mate from Bulgaria.

For those that don't know Mayday is a very special day in Oxford.

You get up early, go to Magdelen Bridge, and listen to the beautiful music at sunrise.

Or in our case start drinking at 9pm friday and don't stop till sunday 1am.

Each year it just gets better! (or worse depending on which way you look at it!)

So VX number 1 (or 2 is it) currently filming for this video nearly died a death at the weekend. What you don't see is the camera sliding about 20ft along the floor after hitting the ground. Luckily, and thanks to Trench taking the worst of the slam, it got away with only a couple of scuffs. Thank fuck!

So Neddy added me as a new contributor to his blog... Pretty big thing. I feel kinda honoured. I never blogged before. I never thought that there will be people interested in what I have to say. Well, to be honest, I don't think Neddy really cares about what I say. He just laugh at my french accent regardless of the content of my sentences. So what is this all about? Is there some option somewhere in the blog editing tools where you can switch the french accent on/off? Damn, that would be pretty good. Maybe I'm onto something here. Neddy, if you make money out of that, I want my share.

Anyways, I guess the reason I've been added to the blog contributor is because I come along to some of them weekend skate trip and take pictures of the didcot/oxford crew. So maybe it's time for me to post some of them.

Alright, let's get on it. But before I start putting pictures of our sunday mission, let's put things into context. I started the day drunk. I woke at 9 and was still drunk off my face. So what do you do in this kind of situation? Damn right you go back to bed and hope that the next time you wake up your buzz would have worn off. Second try at waking up around 11... still a bit drunk...

Daaaaaaamn, you know it's gonna be a hard do when your hangover hasn't even started yet!

So here I am, after having some sort of greasy breakfast, I find myself in Alex's car along with Luke and Euan, struggling to keep my eggs and sausages in my stomach. I don't even know why I agreed to get on that skate mission. The last thing I want to do is go out in the cold and try to skate. So here you go, I didn't wanted to be there and even less wanted to skate. So I won't put any skate pictures up for you today.

Instead, I'm talk about the other things that went on while some people were skating.

Here's a good one. We went to the Iffley's mini ramp thing. It just got revamp (but you should already know that if you're a keen follower of Neddy's blog). It's all nice and shiny. Pretty much every skater's dream. So what people do there? I tell you what they do, they ride a shitty flat bit next to it that was made out of the revamp leftovers. Fucking retards. I've ashamed to say that most of our crew had a go at it... Lame...

Because it was pretty crowded we left after 5 min and went to what is in my humble opinion, a shit skatepark, cowley. I still felt like shit, I still didn't wanted to skate and it was pretty crowded too. So this is what happen instead.

Big up to Seymour for that little circus trick. It did brighten up my day.

Then we had broad doing a re-make of the classic "eat my shrimp"... Although he fucked up, 25p tortillas crisps from tesco ain't the real deal. But still, funny man.

I don't really know why but some people were actually having a good time skating there, as proven by Jono's happy face.

We then carried on to Abingdon skatepark. Much better. Plus my hangover was slowly wearing off and I did skate a bit. Sweeeeeet.

Seymour also saved the day by bringing his oldskool ghettoblaster down. Yeah tunes!

Broad, if you read this, you have good moves bru. You're like the patrick swayze of Oxford. Dirty dancing's got nothing on you.

Alright, Neddy probably won't be too happy if I don't put at least on skate picture. Hey, don't be fooled tho, I'm not giving up like that. You're gonna get your skate picts but it ain't from nobody from our crew. Here's a little smith grind by our stranger of the week.

I'm such a cool guy, thanks to me that kid has his picture on this world famous blog. Shit, he might even get hooked up thanks to me. This blog is like the berrics, but for Oxford.

Ok, I guess it's time for me to stop. That was a pretty long post, especially considering it was my first one. I am now part of the blogging generation. Does that make me super cool? Am I gonna get loads of horny female fans knocking at my door? You'll find out in my next post if Neddy doesn't delete my account by then.

May day hit everyone extremely hard. With Seymour working till 8 am. Squeaky partying till the early hours an plenty of others at least trying to do the same. Nothing much happened in my skating world till the Monday when we got the Nedy phone callswclaring a street skate. We made it to purple banks where after getting all setup for a spot of filming this tool pulle up in his Audi and blocked the bank.

We got in contact with trench as the rain started and headed down to Newbury after we skated the most awful metal park for half an hour we noticed these local representatives teaching their dog to never let go.

Handy for when it chews the face off a child.

The end of the day was rounded up with a trip to the hangar.

Where tricks a plenty were had over the homemade kicker. Won't tell you why they are as they may be in the vid. That and I wa pretty tired from driving all night the pics are blurry an I can't remember.

Them we got the boot hopefully not a sign of things to come. New plan of attack for next time. Park up by the businesses and walk in.

It was supposed to just be a resurface job. But the guys pretty much ended up rebuilding most of the structure of the spine. I think mon owes them a few beers for tellig porkies.

Joe has been down there a ton and working hard along with jameson who has kindly comandeered his next door neighbours garage to store some tools in.

Loads of others have dropped by when they could beire or after work. Including Leddy, broad , squeaky and so many many more.

The ramp should be ready to ride by the weekend but don't do so until you get the all clear from Amanda. She decides and you listen. Right.

Came home this weekend, weather / hangovers meant minimal footage logged.

Most of the homies were out Friday night, Jono and Doddy kept the party going till the early hours, even taking it into HSBC to meet Broad at work at 9am.

Excuse the side step from skateboarding, but...

Legendary Gangstarr artist Guru has finally been beaten by cancer, (after suffering a heart attack and going into a coma a few months ago) at the age of 43.

Guru is a fucking genius, half of Gangstarr alongside DJ Premier. After splitting from DJ Premier in 2003, Guru went on to start 7 grand records with producer Solar. I have rinsed Gangstarr tunes since I was a nipper, the man is genius.

Sproul rolled through on Friday night, to then ride dirty at mine till Sunday. Noice.

Rad BBQ at Wybseys on the Friday, Sproul and I went big on the food, some home-made Piri Piri chicken shit. Wybes, Broad and Olly were getting big on some other shit! This weekend was Broads turn to have a sick at Wybes' house. Which means it s me next week. RAD!

Anyway, myself, Sproul and Clit-Hero hit the streets on Saturday. Footage racked up at a variety of shite Oxford spots, followed by a little warm down at Abingdon.

Sunday saw a mass street on-slaught. Some Community Pillock kicked us off this manny spot in Abbers, taking down mad fake names! Bit of a street sesh, got a bit of footage, then a warm down at Abingdon followed, only to find some kind of Rollerblading convention waiting to greet us, who had kindly turned the park into an ice rink. Cheers.
